This book touches your heart and soul. I wish there were more books like this for me to share with my daughters. Each individual writing takes you from laughter, joy, understanding, peace acceptance. A must read for all women not just women of colour.

A Wonderful compilation of beautifully written poems and short stories exploring the diversity in women of colour. To pick a favourite would be difficult as each page was a unique piece of work from the heart that made me laugh and cry. In brief this is a well written and entertaining book, every page a new discovery that will leave you wanting more.
