Okay, I'll get to the actual product review in a second but I need to warn UK users that this printer does NOT come with a UK plug adaptor. It has a standard 2 prong US plug, so make sure you have a converter (which coincidentally can also be purchased on Amazon for about £5) otherwise you won't be able to use this printer. It's not a bad thing, its just annoying that I didn't realise on time of purchase.
As for the product itself, I've had no trouble at all! The PC software is easy to use and makes for some great customizable labels. The print quality is superb. Time taken for a single label to print is somewhere in the region of 1-2 seconds, the machine features a handy auto-cut feature which will make sure everything is neat and tidy. Adding a new roll is a quick and easy process. It's not the smallest label printer in the world but it does have a nice form factor and is quite elegant.
I'm currently running quite a lot of auctions on eBay and this has saved me so much time! Highly recommended.
