Because filling most dispensers can be messy and inaccurate, the Brother Max Milk Powder Dispenser comes with a funnel. Turning most dispensers upside down will result in some powder getting left behind, but this one has been designed to be emptied by turning it on its side so the only place for the powder to go is out. Due to the fact that bottles come in all shapes and sizes, this dispenser has an extra long spout for easy pouring into any bottle, and the spout cover has a place to pop out of the way so it doesn't get in the way when filling bottles.

The brother max milk powder dispenser is very well designed compared to other multi sectioned dispensers I've bought. I did ruin the first one I bought by steam sterilising it so if you do wish to sterilise this item the only method suitable would be cold water sterilisation. The only complaint is that the first one I bought was quite stiff to turn and you needed to learn the knack of doing it. However, the second one I purchased was fine. I found it much better than the phillips avent dispenser and also the boots own brand one.

Well after trying loads of formula milk dispensers, I've finally found *the one*! With my daughter I tried the Avent one, but it was rubbish! All the powder used to 'seep' into the other parts. then tried numerous ones that come apart, they was too big. So gave up and used the cartons.
Then I had my son (November 10) and tried the Tesco one - rubbish, used to seep to the other parts like the Avent. Looked on here and found this, so glad I did. It keeps the powder in the right part - no seeping, its great!! Its easy to use and wash. If fits nicely in the changing bag - not too bulky.

Wonderful piece of equipment to have. Every bit of the milk powder goes into the bottle without any wastage. It can just about fit 7 scoops of milk powder for a 210ml feed. I can even use the other compartments to put some baby cereal in if we are out and about as baby has started solids now.
I don't have a problem with the turning of the compartments. Better for it to be a bit stiff so that the hole doesn't align to the spout until you are ready to use.
I would have loved to have received this as a gift. A lovely useful gadget for any new parent.
