Bought the MFC-7860DW a few weeks ago, to replace an ageing MFC-7225N, that after 10 years, was starting to have a few problems (network card had gone).
So far, extremely happy with the 7860DW as an A4 B/W printer, Fax, Copier and Scanner. The addition of the document feed and flat bed for both fax, copy & scan is great. Noise level is only as much as the 7225N, which is what you expect from a laser print (but worth it rather than fussy Ink Jet!). Also the duplex is really useful. It's quicker than the 7225N too.
Currently using on a wired network, but also good to have the wireless option (we have a couple of other Brother B/W A4 wireless printers and they are very handy to avoid wires/networking issues).
Very happy to recommend this for business or home/office.
