Occasionally I have strayed away from Brother printers - and lived to regret it. In terms of b&w laser printers there is none better. Although the genuine toners and drums are incredibly expensive - they last for ages.........although I do groan when they run out!!! The quality remains first class - I have one Brother that is 10 years old - do a lot of printing - now have 2 more - all of them reliable and excellent quality print. A friend that ventured into the world of "copy" fillers was pleased......but slowly.....slowly ......his printer jammed up and stopped working. Sometimes I think you just have to bit the bullet....
