The Brooks PR LD Spike is designed as a super lightweight spike with the aim of increasing your efficiency over long distances. A super thin mono mesh upper keeps the foot securely wrapped and supremely ventilated. With a newly engineered spike plate designed to flex with the foot and deliver optimal traction, your confidence will grow as you click off each lap.Midsole features translucent Pebax Rnew Spike Plate, 6-well configuration, Full-length EVA midsole, and ultra-thin Shark Skin for that race winning combination. Includes 6mm spikes and wrench.Upper utilises super lightweight Monomesh and a welded overlay construction for a blend of supreme lightweight and comfort.

180g per spike, these will help you shed a large chunk of whatever track pb you ran in trainers. they come with 12 spikes, 2 extra spikes and a pocket sized tool for screwing in the spikes. recommended if you don't want to have any excuses for why you are not fast. Also good for long jump.

I purchased this pair for my son, after buying a pair of NIKE's from another manufacturer. The NIKE's did not fit well and hurt his feet. This pair was true to fit, well made, and very comfortable. Furthermore, you can't beat the price.
