Product Description

Developed from the adrenaline gts, our most versatile on and off-road shoe brings water-resistance and a rugged outsole when the way gets mucky.

Product Description

The Brooks Adrenaline ASR 10 Trail Running Shoes are designed for long trail runs and keeping your feet comfortable mile after mile of tricky terrain, with adaptive support underfoot and plush cushioning. The shoe features a water-resistant mesh. This protects your feet from light puddles and showers, whilst remaining breathable, ensuring your feet are cool, comfortable and dry during trail running. The aggressive outsole provides great traction on uneven surfaces, and also guarantees perfect support using Brooks's signature PDRB: a triple-density post on the medial side of the shoe that offers extra support and allows for progressive pronation control, creates a smoother transition. The Caterpillar Crash Pad works to offer adaptive cushioning, ensuring you get a smooth and comfortable transition, step after step. Omega Flex Grooves ensure that the Adrenaline ASR is engineered with enhanced flexibility, offering a more efficient and unrestricted stride.

I ran 5k in these straight to of the box. Feel a little different given the angle of the foot bed but really help push you forward. Will buy another pair depending on how these wear.

Brilliant!

I bought these as a possible pair of shoes for an upcoming 100km challenge which will be ran on a mixture of road, trail and grass. I didn't want a pure pair of trail shoes as there will be significant amount of road miles. So far I gave been very impressed. They are very comfortable and I ran 10 miles in them straight out of the box. They are light - much more so than a pair of Salomon Crossmax Guidance I have which are a similar concept of shoe. As someone who wears orthotics in their road shoes I have found so far they have offered a good level of stability even though I am not using the orthotics due to he unevenness of running off-road. They obviously do not compare to the best road shoe - but they are still quite responsive - or the best trail shoe but if you need to be able to run on both I highly recommend the Adrenaline ASR 10.

I know these are not Gore -Tex but for a trail shoe I would like at least a llttle protection from the British rain! That said they score very highly on comfort and fit and I will probably buy them again

whilst not completely waterproof, these shoes have meant I can tackle more off road tracks that I used to without having a puddle of water sloshing around in them! they were also recommended as I have a mild Morton's toe problem and the toe box of Brooks' shoes are sligghtly better aligned than other makes, they seemed to have done the trick.

These are excellent and surprisingly light shoes with good protection. I've just been out around a local woodland trail, moderately muddy and very stony in places. They held up very well and the well cushioned and quite stiff sole was an effective shield against the sharper rocks on the trail. I overpronate so the support post on the inside part of the sole provided a correction to that issue. Overall, five stars.
