It's a kite, no it's a parachuting bear, no it's actually both. Fly the kite as high as you like then release the bear and watch it float down to earth then simply (and real easily) reattach to the flying line using the ingenious release pin and start all over again. It is so much fun it's a wonder it's taken this long to be invented!

The concept is terrific - seeing all 3 kids chasing around trying to catch the parachuting teddy was something I wont forget in a hurry. Then I took it to some rather gale force wind and the (slightly flimsy) catch got tugged too hard and broke - not beyond repair though. If the wind is strong enough that the kite wont go above 5 feet(!) forget it and try a stunt kite or similar instead.

This works well although the wind was a bit too strong and gusty which meant alot of tangled string and broken rubber bands! So use it best in calmer winds or take a lot of rubber bands with you and alot of patience! My kids love it!

buy a kite instead

Very easy to tangle but lot's of fun too.
Just as one of the previous reviewers said (C. Youngs) it is SO prompt to tangling! The rubber band was broken withing a few times of use and you also have to get the wind... Read more
