Product Description
The Telescopic Windsock Pole extends to 5metres and is ideal to display windsocks or spinners. Fix to the ground by placing over a special pole stake or a strong piece of wood. The tip section has a small eyelet hole for easy attachment of the windsock. Poles are suitable for use in wind speeds of up to 20mph - Force 5. Firstly, i cant fault the delivery of this item. I ordered it on Thursday night and received it Saturday morning - thats the good bit.
Now for the bad bit, opened the box and found the 'telescopic'flag pole in there, took it outside to extend it to the full 5m,then I retracted the pole and the base fell out - meaning all the other poles fell through the base.
Once this had happened, it proved difficult to get the various pole sections back into each other without damaging the poles themselves. Needless to say after trying to get the poles inside each other, one cracked - so now its totally useless!
Very disappointed with this purchase and will not be buying again.

Used in anger at Perranporth.
Fits nicely out of the way in the car.
Easy to set up though you may want to think about how it will stand in the sand.
Thought 5M was enough but as I keep being told; it could have done with being a little longer!
However, this was set against a 1/4 mile + walk back from the shore and a sloped backdrop on a busy beach.

Bought for camping, to fly a windsock for the kids to find their way back to the tent.
The poles are poor quality with many loose shards of glass fibres.
The base screw-in stopper broke within a few hours, making it less practical to store - having to tape over to the end stop the poles falling out!
We have had to use tape on the joints to stop the telescopic sections falling back down when extended as poorly made - poles don't lock tight, just pull straight out.
Overall very bendy, more like a fishing rod.
We are on our third & smaller windsock now, as almost anything seems to heavy for it.
We'll keep it and we'll try to use it, but we'll look for something a bit better in time as this is very poor, though quite cheap. (Sorry, can't think of anything positive to say about it, at the moment!)

broken
when i opened the box and took the pole out the whole thing fell out the botom which was broken
