A dragon in pain,
This review is from: Bronze Dragon Codex (Hardcover)
Tatelyn has hated dragons ever since her brother was killed by a metallic one.
Now she is part of a group that moves about Krynn, persuading people to ban dragons from the land. Simle has hated humans ever since her siblings were stolen by them and probably turned into draconians. One day her mother is badly injured trying to protect pilgrims. Her mother gives her a jewelry in a chain she'd been given as a reward. In a rage Simle sets out to get her revenge on the ones responsible. When their paths cross, Simle notices that Tatelyn has a pendant like the one her mother gave her. Wen the two pieces connect, Tatelyn and Simle must set out to find a way to undo the magic. This is a wonderful story. Both Tatelyn and Simle are sympathetic characters who have suffered a great deal in their short lives. They are both motivated by a deep grief and are in need of healing. It's easy to relate to them and root for these two. This is my favourite DC book so far. A must for dragon lovers.

The Codexs Reader's Point of View,
A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Bronze Dragon Codex (Hardcover)
I think for this book I have to side with the dragon. It starts with a dragon and a girl hating the other race. I liked this book for it's action and adventure. I recommend this book to 9-16 year old humans.

I also love the way these books are about the everyday dragon. It's not about epic battles or famous heroes. That make these books a great addition to any Dragonlance collection. A must for dragon lovers. 1 of 2 people found the following review helpful:

I really liked this book!,

My daughter got this for a Christmas present and really loved it. She even gave a copy to her best friend for her birthday. She has gone on to read the other books in the series and is looking forward to reading the others when they come out. She says the stories are very exciting and imaginative.
