Format:Paperback
This book is expertly written, and is an excellent insight into the Bronte family and their works. From biographical to critical chapters, the book acts has an introduction to these writers but is also stimulating material for those with more knowledge on the Brontes. Chapters on subjects occuring at the time, hence the context part of the title, helps us to understand why and how the Brontes wrote their novels and what made them stand out.

Worth reading, a great all rounder.
