As with all of Robert Hendry's books, it presents a good variety of the subject covered with the usual smattering of the slightly unusual as well as the things you'd expect to see. Marred only by poor quality photographs (sometimes-and this may be the publisher, not the photographer), plus Robert Hendry's insistence on covering Ireland which although no doubt interesting and the Isle of Wight (which has always been rather odd), are seperate networks from the British Isles and I feel should be covered on their own. However, overall I would say that this book represents excellent value and covers pretty well the subject of its title. 8/10.
