British Politics is complex, and the prospect of starting studying the subject is a daunting one, but this book provides a great introduction to the subject for any beginners to the subject making it a must read for any first year university students. It's well written and leaves no stone unturned as it aims to cover all aspects of British Politics past and present and it does so in a way which is both informative and insightful. It doesn't delve too far into the complexities of the British political systems, instead choosing to provide a brief overview, but it does exactly what it says on the cover which is provide a concise introduction to British Politics.
