I have a VW Corrado with which child car seats do not fit in the back and some not in the front due to bucket seats. This one fits safely in the front seat. This is a group one seat which means it goes up the the weight of 18kg which is when the child is about 4 years old. After that you can have the little booster seat kind which also only fits in the front. The group 2/3 or the group 1/2/3 seats with a high back do not fit my bucket seats and are unsafe. This applies to people I know with Audies, and Golfs, any car with bucket seats and some you may not be able to put a child seat in at all. I am writing this to warn people on fitting your seat properly and because I have scared myself to tears first thinking I may need to sell my car.
This seat is doing well though the polystyrene under the cover can break easily so it is best being careful taking it in and out and I would actually advise not to do the swap car thing and get 2
