Living in a hard water area we were used to lots of scum on our tea and horribly dirty cups. Now we use filtered water, the cups are clean and the tea is free from frothy dirty scum. Highly recommended product.

Excellent water filter! Takes about 10 minutes to set up, you have to clean the unit, submerge the filter, and then run water through twice. But the preperation is worth it! Water tastes much nicer, especially compared with London tap water! Fits very well in the fridge door. Product comes with one filter - so you have to buy more MAXTRA Filters for the future. Filters reasonably quickly, in a few minutes. This model is quite cheap, but it does the job. Everything feels pretty solid and sturdy, so why pay more for the more expensive models?! A* - enough said!

From day one I could tell the difference in the taste of the water. At first i missed the rather rough taste of unfiltered water, but after a couple of days I learned to appreciate the clean smooth effect. What have I been drinking? The jug fits nicely in the fridge door. Every time I use it I top it up so there is always fresh clean clear water at hand. My kettle is cleaning itself as it is no longer building up any limescale.

The indicator in the lid tells me when to change the filter. If I have been away for a week i just add an extra week. It's easy to change the filter and you can get a good deal for new ones on Amazon, I suggest you order in advance as they can take a couple of weeks to come.

I recommend this product to everyone.
