Father Christmas brought this train for my little boy who had just turned 2. It is his favourite train and has been since he got it. It's well designed as although it's quite long it handles the corners on the rails well. And of course he loves the fact that it's called "speedy"!

This is a good looking and well made toy. It looks like it will stand up to the abuse a 2 year old can dish out. What more can I say?

Great item; a fantastic bullet-shaped train with coal cart. A rivit represents the light; there is no front maganet. The double undercarriage is syncronized on the track with two hooks and the engine is very stable around corners as a consequence despite its length. It fits through even small tunnels. The coal cart and engineer box are wood but unfortunately the bullet body itself is plastic which is why I deducted a star. But my 3-year old and his 2 year old sister give this train two thumbs way up!
