I knew that the Brio name was a good one and I wasn't disappointed with these bricks. I didn't buy them for a toy but for a teaching aid at Sunday School. The bricks are well made - no splits or knots in the wood - and well finished - slightly rounded corners and no splinters or rough patches anywhere. They are perfect for little fingers as there is no worry about them being hurt by the wood. Many sceptics about buying wooden bricks for this group but I have been completely vindicated.

This is a great classic toy that stimulates imagination and creativity. My baby loves it, and I do not panic when he puts it in his mouth as it is just wood. He doesn't seem to get tired of it, as it quickly happens with other toys. Extremely happy with it.

My baby boy loves stacking up the different shapes and it is good to develop his hand eye coordination. They are well made, well finished with smooth edges. They are chunky so it's safe for my baby to put it in his mouth. It is made to last!
