5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic live album. 25 May 2012
Format:Audio CD
At the time of writing there are used copies of this available for under a fiver plus p+p which makes this double CD a complete no brainier even if you are not a hardcore Sting fan. Worth a fiver for the the title track alone (which includes an amazing solo by Sting's sadly departed keyboard player Kenny Kirkland) there are plenty of other gems here too.

Track list includes both Sting and Police songs :

Bring on the Night/When the World Is Running Down
Consider Me Gone
Low Life
We Work the Black Seam
Driven to Tears
Dream of the Blue Turtles/Demolition Man
One World (Not Three)/Love Is the Seventh Wave
Moon Over Bourbon Street
I Burn for You
Another Day
Children's Crusade
I Been Down So Long
Tea in the Sahara

The sound is really good - no worries about it being live or early digital.

If you can get a copy for under a fiver snap it up and enjoy!

I love his music anyway but this is one of his best albums he has ever done. Good quality on CD as well, because I had the tape before, smile!

5.0 out of 5 stars A forgotten classic 21 May 2013
Format:Audio CD|Verified Purchase
If you were to list all the Sting Albums in your collection this is one that many might miss off. It is one of his early albums that is a mix of his solo stuff with a few Police tracks thrown in for good measure. It is hard to find these days but well worth the hunt. His sound is a smooth jazz with a hard edge. His rendition of Bring On The Night is worth it just on its own.

An excellent album from Sting and a group of top musicians. The style is very jazz oriented and Sting and the musicians make a great blend of talent.
