OK, I admit I'm under 50 - got this for an over 80 with no clue about internet or pc. It stays so much more with the basics and has much clearer instructions than dummies. For a complete beginner, it's a helpful guide to have, though no substitute for hands on lessons - but I don't think it's meant to be, works well in conjunction with.
