I had a unfathomable problem with my computer I had contacted my IP Tech Dept but what they told me was Chinese as far as I was concerned so I went to Amazon and found Computing for the Over 50`s. With it`s non Tech approach I worked out what my IP Techs had told me and solved the problem.
