4.0 out of 5 stars Very informative...makes me want more! 25 April 2012

I was very interested to learn of the different Men of God written in this summary. I already love so many of Paul's writings but it was very intriguing to read of Tyndale, St. Augustine and the other's encounters with his writings in the Book of Romans. I will be re-reading that book in the days to come to refresh my mind of it's wonderful pearls of wisdom. Thank you for this short essay!

5.0 out of 5 stars Short, yet still makes the book understandable 20 Jun 2012

You will certainly enjoy this expanded summary of this book. Romans is the best book in the Bible for presenting the plan of God's salvation from wrong living. As such, Brad does a great job of explaining this as he moves along. Once wrong living is dealt with, He moves quickly into salvation from guilt and condemnation, explaining clearly how Romans deals with each of these issues. I love how he shows that the Gospel is indeed good news to all those caught up in the bondage of wrong living. Forty years ago I was once bound by alcoholism, fits of anger, compulsive lying and cursing, immorality, and other common problems of this world. Learning about the gospel-good news- of God's love and salvation, I took the remedy presented here from the book of Romans. Becoming free from wrong living-sin-and the resulting freedom from guilt and condemnation, literally saved my life. No wonder the Gospel is called God's good news.

Noticeably, Brad is certainly qualified to write this book. Look over his education and experience, and one can see how God can use him to explain so well this subject in such a short version. Also, his concern that this information gets out is highly commendable. As an author myself for the same reasons, concern that things are more clearly stated, has led me to also write short, and hopefully clearly, on some of these most important topics.
The Focus Commentary Version of the Bible (First Thessalonians)

Brad, keep up the great work, and I will look forward to reviewing some more of these excellent short articles.

5.0 out of 5 stars Concise Revelation 21 May 2012
By Robert - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
This survey of the book of Romans is great. In the day in which we live many explanations of biblical principles come off staunch and distant. Most authors provide great information yet they do little to present it in a way that is germane to everyone. Brad Andres provides relevant information and sound doctrine on the book of Romans in a way that is insightful and palatable to those who have theological training as well as those who don't. This is a great read for anyone on any spiritual level.
