A short, pithy, non-religious guide to mindfulness meditation for those who are curious but may not want to read a full length book or attend a course. This pamphlet will get you started with some practical steps. It will help you judge for yourself whether to take meditation further and what further resources might be helpful.

I read an article indicating that Mindfullness was good for insomnia, anxiety and depression. Mindfullness was a new concept for me. This brief "pamphlet" was exactly what I needed to understand the concept.
Quick, concise and easily followed.

This work is short and sweet, describing the basics of Mindfulness Meditation in layman's terms. A must read, in my view.
