This was the first aerobics video I ever bought. I used it so much I wore it out and had to buy another one! I have bought aerobic videos since then but this is still one of the best (even with the editing errors). I have just dug it out again and it is just as good (and as tough on the muscles) as before. Most of all, it works!

I used this video years ago after having a baby. The BLT exercises at the end of the video really do the work. I have been searching for it ever since.
