Bridget Grenville-Cleave (MSc MAPP) is one of the first qualified positive psychologists to practice in Europe, and a founder member of both the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and the International Positive Psychology Association. Bridget regularly runs open Positive Psychology Masterclasses which provide a balance of empirical research and practical tools for personal and professional development. As a positive psychology consultant, trainer, coach and lecturer she focuses on enabling individuals and teams of professionals to respond positively and constructively to change in the workplace. She is a visiting lecturer on the MSc in Business Psychology at London Metropolitan University and the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at UEL, as well as being a regular conference speaker. Bridget runs well-being programmes in secondary schools, supporting staff to increase their well-being, and develops positive psychology teaching materials for use in schools and universities.
Since 2007 she has written a monthly column on applying positive psychology for the world's first online positive psychology journal, Positive Psychology News.
