The Breville VTT215 four slot four slice stainless steel and chrome-plated toaster is a sleek and smart addition to any kitchen boasting a number of helpful features. It has variable width slots allowing breads of various thicknesses to be fully toasted, so whether it's a small slice or something a bit bulkier--all sizes are properly accommodated. And it has two variable browning controls allowing you to choose how dark or light you like your toast and with one control per two slices, you can your toast four slices to two different preferences. Features include a reheat button which brings cooled toast back up to temperature without burning it; a defrost button which automatically lengthens the toasting time to allow for the defrosting of frozen bread and a mid-cycle cancel button allowing you to stop the toasting process as and when you want to. Remove smaller items without burning your fingers thanks to the extra-high lift which raises the bread carriages for easier access. And keep crumb mess to a minimum with the removable twin crumb tray which collects any crumbs that may fall from the bread as you toast it. The VTT215 is also fitted with fitted with illuminated blue buttons for easy use, stylish sloped breading slots, cord storage and a non-slip base.

I have had numerous toasters but have never been fully happy with results of my toast until now. This model does everthing I want from a toaster. Other manufactures claim things like high lift among others things but don't. Rest assured with this model you can put buns, bagels, crumpets and full sliced bread into the slots and get them out without resorting to plastic tools to prise them out. It also toasts very evenly.
Another useful part of the design is the sloping feature which enables you to keep your eye on your toast. The two separate compartments can be adjusted for individual settings which is a boon to me as my wife likes her toast nearly burnt. Buy this model, you won't be disappointed.

Going on the reviews on this product I read, I have purchased one of these toasters, It was delivered punctually, in perfect condition. It does take up more room on the work surface than my old toaster, but that doesn't matter. It looks the business, very sturdy, stylish and modern. It toasts lovely, any size fits. It toasts to perfection every time, excellent value. Lets see how long this one lasts.

This is a good product. Used it to replace another make of toaster which failed 3 months out of Warranty.
Good Value for Money
Good control over toasting level, kids are able to use it too. If I was buying another I would look for one like this first.

It looks good but its rubbish. It takes far to long to toast something and the pop up spring is pathetically weak. If you're thinking of nuying one, really, dont bother ;-)

I dont know how it managed to get 4/5 star so far, i bought one and after I plugged it in only two out of four slices were working. Following contacting there customer services, they arranged a replacement (i have to say they have a good customer service), but when i got the new one after a week the same problem occurred, a friend of mine also had the same problem with the same item.

Ok this toaster can take normal sliced bread from an 800g loaf no problem, I've also had it doing bagels All of these are nice and evenly toasted. With no issues, so what ever others say about bread size isnt true.
The controls are easy to use, and light up with pretty blue lights.As the toaster is angled you can keep an eye on the toast if you wish. Time to toast is farely normal. I didnt find it either slow or fast.
Looks - Well it does look fairly utility, it has presence, I wouldnt say it looks great by any means, looks like it would be more at home in a hotel or small guest house. But that aside its a great toaster for the price.
