The Breville VTT090 four slot four slice polished stainless steel toaster is a sleek and smart addition to any kitchen boasting a number of helpful features. It has variable browning controls allowing you to choose how dark or light you like your toast and variable width slots allowing breads of various thicknesses to be fully toasted. So whether it's a small slice or something a bit bulkier--all sizes are properly accommodated. Features include a reheat button which brings cooled toast back up to temperature without burning it; a defrost button which automatically lengthens the toasting time to allow for the defrosting of frozen bread and a mid-cycle cancel button allowing you to stop the toasting process as and when you want to. Remove smaller items without burning your fingers thanks to the extra-high lift which raises the bread carriage for easier access. And keep crumb mess to a minimum with the twin crumb tray which collects any crumbs that may fall from the bread as you toast it. The VTT090 is also fitted with illuminated blue buttons for easy use, cord storage and a non-slip base.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Had this a few weeks and one of the first things that I learned was that if you press down both buttons at the same time the toaster will do a somersault - well nearly, it will flip forward which made me jump. You won't do it again.
The mains lead is very short, about 40cm, but handy if near a socket. Fingerprints tend to stay on the front.
These are quite minor but add up to 1 star removed.
Apart from that it does toast faster than my old cheap toaster. I would not pay the full price for it, I only bought it from Amazon because it was under half price.
The blue lights are nice and toast seems to come out even. The first few times it smells a bit but that is normal - just the protection coating melting.

We've had this a week now & are pleased with it. Though a different shape (deeper) to our previous model, it blends in to it's new position & performs well. We like the seperate 2 slice option, used on occaisions. You have to be carefull when pushing down both trays at the same time as it can tip forward but doing one tray at a time is no problem. So far, we can recommend.

This toaster is sold as a 4 slice toaster but to be honest we rarely use all the slices together. My only issue with this product compared to others I have owned is that when the toasting is complete, there is no button to push up the toasted item so on occasions i need to use 2 wooden spatulas to pick the items out of the toaster. However, it is an excellent toaster

Great Toaster
Great Toaster. I could write more but at the end of the day it's a toaster, it's toasts your bread and does it well... Hasn't broke yet and still toasts my bread. Looks good.

Fantastic fairly-priced toaster!
