The Breville VKJ378 polished stainless steel jug kettle combines modern design with high performance. Like the size for the two of us. Like the look of it. No problems with leaking at all. Functions as it should. It's also a darned sight better than the cheap plastic things that deteriorate after a year or so. Good product-does what it says on the tin.

I liked this kettle but after only a few months I'm back at Amazon looking for a different one. Two or three times a week it simply doesn't turn itself off when the water is boiling. Perhaps this is an isolated problem but it's not hard to imagine the risks involved, and so I suggest you look elsewhere too.

Only issue is if you want to fill the kettle for one cup, you cannot see the waterline (can only see the water line at four cups). Other than that, works fine so far.
