Product Description

Manufacturer's Description

The Breville TT33 Café series four slot four slice toaster is a sleek and smart addition to any kitchen boasting a number of helpful features. It has variable width slots allowing breads of various thicknesses to be fully toasted, so whether it's a small slice or something a bit bulkier--all sizes are properly accommodated. And it has two variable browning controls allowing you to choose how dark or light you like your toast and with one control per two slices, you can your toast four slices to two different preferences. Features include a crumpet function which maintains the chosen heat on one side but reduces it on the other which is also suitable for bagels; a reheat button which brings cooled toast back up to temperature without burning it; a defrost button which automatically lengthens the toasting time to allow for the defrosting of frozen bread and a mid-cycle cancel button allowing you to stop the toasting process as and when you want to. Remove smaller items without burning your fingers thanks to the extra-high lift which raises the bread carriages for easier access. And keep crumb mess to a minimum with the removable crumb tray which collects any crumbs that may fall from the bread as you toast it. The TT33 is made from heavy-duty die-cast aluminium with a stylish stainless steel finish and is also fitted with extra-deep toasting slots, cord storage and a non-slip base.

Nobody would think that buying a toaster could be so stressful! We wanted a good quality, heavy duty toaster to churn out slice after slice for our hungry family. After much deliberating we decided to spend £165 on the Magimix 4 slice toaster. Naturally you think that more money = better performance. Not always it seems. We returned the Magimix 3 times as each time we experienced different problems with it. Finally we gave up and looked for an alternative. This Breville was a compromise, no warming rack, 4 short slots insteas of 2 long ones, etc, but it turns out beautifully golden, evenly toasted toast with a moist soft centre time after time. Job Done! and for half the price.

Having had 2 toasters which leave a bit of the slice sticking out of the top I have found one that works and toasts the whole slice.
    Great toaster, Buy it

We were looking for a good quality toaster built to last, so firstly we fell for the hype and purchased a Dualit...what a joke! the quality was bad and so was the toast! we then found the Breville, it looked great and the few reviews we read were good, so we went for it. Wow it's big, were our first thoughts, but that was not a problem, the build quality was great and it toasts evenly and to the same brownness each and every time I find I do need to turn it down when I am toasting 4 slices e.g. for 2 slices I go for No3 setting but with 4 slices, I'll set both sides at No2. We've had the toaster for about 6 months now and are very happy with it.
