More and more people are enjoying cooking at home for family and friends. Healthy food is often on the menu, too and the new Antony Worrall Thompson by Breville Health Grill with digital timer offers a quick and healthy way to cook meat, fish and vegetables. Designed to achieve perfect chargrilled results every time, this smart health grill also collects any unhealthy cooking residues from food during grilling.
A stylish unit with a silver metallic finish, this new Health Grill cooks both sides of the food at the same time between non-stick grilling plates. Both plates are removable for easy cleaning.
Before cooking food, close the grill lid and set the digital timer for 4 minutes to preheat. Once the grill is heated and the indicator light goes out, your Health Grill is ready to use. Simply place the food on the lower plate, close the lid so that it rests on the food and reset the timer according to the recipe.
When the independent digital timer sounds, your food is ready to be removed from the grill. If you prefer to cook the food a little longer you can close the lid once more and reset the timer. A handy Grilling Chart is included in the instruction booklet.
The Health Grill comes equipped with a slide-out drip tray. This fits neatly underneath the Health Grill to collect fats and other cooking residues during the grilling process, which makes them easier to discard after cooking.
Cleaning couldn't be easier. After the grill has cooled, slide out the drip tray. Dispose of grilling residues and place the drip tray in the dishwasher or wash in hot soapy water. Remove the grill plates and wash them in hot soapy water, or place them in the dishwasher.
A variety of delicious recipes are included in the instruction booklet offering plenty of inspiration. These include: Balsamic Fish; Gingery Vegetables; Chicken with Lemon Pesto; Spicy Beef Tortillas; Tuna Steaks with Lime & Ginger; Courgettes & Peppers Grilled with Penne and Brie to name but a few!
