It has a variable temperature control up to 190 degrees Celsius allowing you to choose how crispy you like your food and power on and power ready indicators to help alert you to its status. The rise and fall basket means oil drains easily from the food so there's no unwanted greasy residue and you can keep an eye on your food's progress with the viewing window in the fryer's lid which is fitted with safety locking. Other safety features include the non-slip feet and cool-touch body so there's no fear of burning your hands when touching the unit.

This fryer looks great on the outside but when you do chips, they take absolutely ages and don't crisp up. Due to this, the chips come out soggy, yuck! Very dissappointed with this. Can I send it back?????

I had this fryer from few months now. it is working perfectly well. once the green light shows, you are ready to go. chips smells and taste very nice. change the oil vapour filter regularly please.
