This book probably cured my asthma,

Teresa Hale's book introduces a simple and logic explanation for asthma and other breath related ailments, and it includes breathing exercices to balance the level of co2 and oxygen in the blood. Since learning Dr. Buteyko's method from this book my asthma has vanished and my allergies is significantly reduced. After just 7 days of practising I could quit medication (serevent and pulmicort), and I do not have any asthma attacks anymore. I am 29 years old, and my asthma was not severe.

I have suffered with asthma for the last five years beginning in my late forties. After reading this book and attending the Breath Connection Course it has helped me enormously. I started to loose weight straight away which has now stabilised, my appetite dropped. I was a chocoholic and I now no longer like chocolate. My breathing improved and I have recently got over a very bad cold which went to my chest and I recovered without having an asthma attack. My whole wellbeing has improved, I have much more energy. I cannot say enough about this breathing technique and find myself walking along the street wanting to tell people to close their mouths!!

Very pleased with this bodk - I actually bought it on behalf of a friend who has been diagnosed with Emphysema, he says following the instructions in the book has been really helpful and made his breathing much better. Whilst not a cure, it has made his every day breathing easier.
