You won't know if these work but your partner will. I am told that they make a big difference, which results in my wife getting a better nights sleep. I only use them on holiday, when I am at home my snoring is so bad I have to sleep in the spare room. The only problem I have is removing the clips, even with soapy water they can can pull on the skin. It would be good if the manufacturers came up with a product to help with the removal. On the the whole I am very happy with the product. If you want to improve your chances of staying out of the dog house use an extra pillow aswell.

After many sleepless nights due to the horrendous snoring it was lovely to get a full nights sleep.Although I think maybe the large ones would be better.

Very good indeed
