As I keep my husband awake snoring I thought I`d better do something about it so tried these before going on to medication. They do work if you get them stuck onto your nose in exactly in the right position. You also have to make sure that your nose is squeaky clean and bone dry as the slightest bit of cream, soap,water, make-up ect left on your nose will stop them from sticking.It can be quiet frustrating it sometimes takes me 2/3 attempts to get them to stick. Not sure if I would buy them again, I`ll probably try something else first.

You won't know if these work but your partner will. I am told that they make a big difference, which results in my wife getting a better nights sleep. I only use them on holiday, when I am at home my snoring is so bad I have to sleep in the spare room. The only problem I have is removing the clips, even with soapy water they can can pull on the skin. It would be good if the manufacturers came up with a product to help with the removal. On the the whole I am very happy with the product. If you want to improve your chances of staying out of the dog house use an extra pillow aswell.

Great product - great results

BReathe right
Ordered regular and had small/med transparent ones delivered although the receipt stated regular. Could not get to post them back so had have to keep them. Very upset.

Not as good as I thought they would be
They didn't stick and were far too small. The small/regular size would just about fit a child! Furthermore they came off in the middle of the night and the snoring continued!
