Breathe is a tale of two friends who share a common, yet devastating bond. Becca, healing from her own emotional and physical wounds, tries to help her friend Emily who suffers from abuse at the hand of her mother. Breathe is intended to bring awareness to the devastating epidemic we call child abuse. Proceeds are donated to charity, always.
About the Author
Diane Copeland is the author of seven novels, including her most recent, Bliss Falls and Conundrum. She is also known for numerous short stories and novellas, such as the award winning, Breathe, which is used by academic institutions and other organizations to bring awareness to child abuse. Formerly a magazine editor, she is notorious for creating unpredictable plot twists and creating strong, unique characters. Diane Copeland holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and she currently resides in Missouri.
