If you like Kitzinger's "Earth Mother" style of writing this is an excellent book. With wonderful photographs of babies feeding in all kinds of different positions, it's not at all prescriptive, and makes you feel marvellous about breastfeeding.
It is a teeny bit out of date now (when will we have an updated version I wonder) but still I wish I'd discovered this when I was having problems as it could have saved me weeks of hassle. The way it describes a "typical feed" is excellent - unlike so many books, it points out that there is no typical feed, really.
Also unlike some other authors, she is not funny about leaving baby with a bottle of EBM, so you don't feel guilty about having an evening off!
It's very "go with it" style was perfect for me, and made me feel like I was doing everything write.
