Format: Hardcover
This book is written by three guys who walk their talk delivering corporate change and motivational work in the UK corporate sector. Using the best of NLP and personal development they cleverly construct their own methodology for achieving peak performance whilst incoporating the best of Bandler, Robbins, Covey and so on.
If you are just starting out on your journey to personal and professional success or want a fresh perspective then read this book. Has some interesting twists on well known exercises and all of them can be used in the UK sector.
Recommended read.
