There is no fast track to taking any product retail. And if you are in the food world it's even harder. Doug lays out a blueprint to take your product from a table at the local farmer's market to a shelf in your local supermarket. This is step by step information that will take you weeks to discover on your own through Google. And there's a great blog to accompany it. It's a must read for any aspiring foodpreneur.
