Plot. Nikki is hired to play a man's ex wife Susan.
The film starts out like Nikki has a simple job but the man has a sick agenda and very soon she is being injected with unknown drugs, handcuffed, beaten, tortured and abused. In the meanwhile the real Susan is imprisoned in a locker.
This is a psychological thriller. It's very violent, reasonably well acted, filmed and entertaining. Some of the visuals are disturbing but while it's violent we do not see very much of it, just the motions of hitting and the after effects which are cleverly done as it imprints on the mind that the girl is experiencing a nasty time. The psycho goes from pleasant personality to a viscious one at the flip of a switch and does it well. His torture of Nikki as he then askes her what her name is and requires that she says it's Susan. Eventually that's what she replies.
The ending came as a surprise and unexpected but I don't think it was ever explained why the guy did what he did. Unless I missed something. But then it was a thought provoking feature about how people treat each other, so maybe the guy's reasons are secondary.
