Yeah a great album.Opens with a latin guitar and bass vamp that sets the tone for the album. When the muted horns and the vocals join you'd swear you were in Brazil, sipping some exotic drink on a white sand beach. At times the orchestation and arrangements out do the Blue Note bossa era that this is styled on.Indeed some of the arrangements are so Horace Silver its spooky! Smooth, seductive, soulful, jazz. Highly recommend this. Especially the (for me) stand out How High the Moon great interpretation. This album lets you can feel the gentle sway of the palm trees the only downside is to discover that you are on the underground and this is on your ipod.

Brilliant album with a latin feel in places. How high is the moon is filling dance floors up and down the country. Lots of lovely tracks to get you moving.

I first heard S-Tone Inc. on a late-night European radio show. It is the perfect music to listen to when you want something good in the background that is not too obtrusive. This CD has a nice mix of mostly latin-tinged vocals and a sound that transports you to your favorite cool place.

The Break N' Bossa series sounds like it has run out of steam and material on this release of what was heretofore jaw-droppingly unusual, inspired neo-Brazilian music. This release's tunes are uniformly trite, boring and unmemorable. What a disappointment. Guess this one goes up for resale.
