the two books above have been indespensible in my kitchen and ive had library copies ive been hanging onto for nearly a year because they are out of print and very hard to find at a resonable price! then i find these both for a quarter of what it would cost to buy secondhand im so chuffed , buy it before it goes ,it is probably the only machine bread book you will ever need and the recipes taste so good!. the pictures are there for every recipe.

Superb book covering every aspect of the history with dozens of recepies on bread making. This includes recepies using traditional hand made bread and using a bread machine. A must for anyone wishing to learn how to make professional looking bread.
