Ive been doing this for 4 months now and although I have a lot of work to do the shape of my legs, behind and hips has totally changed...they have SHAPE! I began with BumBum and must admit I started VERY frustrated with the pace and thought "I cant do this" but I persevered and I got results!
I have just bought my first pair of skinny jeans and I look good in them!
This DVD is hard work so if you're looking for something which takes little effort...look for something else this isnt for you.
The good thing about these workouts is that if youre struggling, you can modify and If youre keeping up then you can add to your workouts (heavier weights etc).
The reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the Cardio Axe isnt really what I'd call Cardio. If you want to sweat then the BumBum workout will do that for you.
My legs get stronger and tighter every week, my bum get higher and my tummy flatter.
Whatever your bodyshape you will see results if you put the effort in!
