First time ever I received CDs in plain, flimsy brown envelope. Two of the three had badly cracked jewel cases. Phoned Amazon Cust.Svc. Incompetent service agent....thick accent, had wrong title of Domingo CD. Received replacements (switched cracked Domingo case to replacement) and waited for return envelope and form. NEVER RECEIVED!! Was notified that if I did not return damaged goods, would be charged, after they send me new CDs. Told young man I DID RECEIVE REPLACEMENTS, but no UPC return envelope/box. He was sharp and competent!! Received documents to return damaged goods and I promptly mailed them via UPC.
