I prefer epilators, which I find comfortable to use and effective. This shaver, though, did get the shorter hairs which my previous epilators did not. Plus the dubious-looking plastic attachments -- they resemble those bits of coloured plastic parts that would constitute the translucent bit of a Barbie accessory -- actually do what they're supposed to do. Shocker, considering other electricals I've tried in the past. My leg skin was smoother and softer after using this. The hairs growing back might be a teeny bit coarser, but not significantly so.

First thing you notice on removal from it's box is how much nicer it looks and so beautifully contoured that it almost vanishes in your palm. It's both elegant and totally feminine with a dash of class for good measure. No tawdry or plasticky looks here and make sure you leave it in view to be admired and provoke discussion.
With the really nice bits out of the way; how does it perform at the business end?
The problem with most shavers - Male and Female is the afterwards or how the skin feels after contact with cutting heads. After-burn is common - irrespective of gender and even with the very best, you're aware of usage for some time afterwards.
Not so with this mini powerhouse. Turn it on to start up a quiet purring sound like a friendly Cat and start work at leisure. It's surprisingly very smooth and effective and most of all combines very close shaving with no after effect.
Overall? Wouldn't be without it now.
Pros: Everything a Woman would want.
Cons: What are those?

I got this for my wife as she said she wanted a new shaver for her birthday. Well I thought women wanted jewellery but all my wife asked for was a new shaver which I was more than happy to oblige. I heard this was a good shaver so I got her this one. She loved it. Now as I don't use lady shavers I had to ask her what she thought of the contraption.
The things she most liked about it was that it was quiet as the other one she originally had scared my son cause it was so noisy. She liked the fact that it didn't take a long time to charge, only an hour. It gives a clean close shave, leaving skin very smooth. As for the bikini line, I didn't hear any screaming while she was using it so I take it as it shaves painlessly. It is easy to clean just run it under the tap. the heads are easily to change when they become blunt and she said it was her best shave ever with a electric lady shaver. So there you have it Ladies, if you want a great shaver I recommend this and your legs and other areas will love you for it.
