I run a teaching kitchen and I am about to buy a couple more of these to have for demonstrations. I have used the same Braun model (or its nearest predecessor) since 2003. The whisk attachment is wearing out now, but everything else is still in perfect working order and I use most of the attachments several times a day.

Functional, practical, sturdy and very elegant looks! I have ended up buying this multiple times as everytime I get a relative visit me from overseas (where this model is not sold), they love it so much that they do not want to go home without buying the same!

I've had one of these before and it lasted years. You can't get them in the UK anymore so I was delighted to find this could be shipped in from Germany. The unique feature of this is the 1 litre jug with chopping blade that allows you to do larger quantities - good for smooth pate and rough chopping veg for bubble and squeak. You can half or a third fill the jug, pulse and shake the whole thing to mix it up and get just the right amount of chopping. I looked at all the ones available in the UK and none of them had this.

Wrong plug
I all seems sturdy enough but like the other feedback, mine came with a 2-pin plug and no adapter which is a bit annoying.

Wrong country
Item came with a two pin plug, so not for the uk market. Suppliers gave a full refund, including return postage.
