Happy Holidayz From Bratz Girl Cloe 19 Dec 2012

My wife and I "rescue" abandoned and unloved dolls from wherever we find them. I found this identical Cloe in a shopping cart in the parking lot at Walmart last week. I knew she was a newer Bratz (after the MGA/Mattel fiasco) but I didn't realize she was BRAND NEW until I saw her on the shelf at the same store. If you love Bratz and you love Cloe, this is a must have doll. She seems a bit flimsier than the pre-lawsuit dolls. I don't think she'd hold up over time like the original ones. The heels on her pumps (which are a bit more rubbery than older Bratz high heels) are bent from obviously being packaged too tightly. The ones in the store had the same problem. You can see it through the packaging. The joints in her legs do not bend smoothly either. They may get better with play. On the plus side, she is beautifully make-up'd and her hair is gorgeous. Her little red santa outfit and her 5" stillettos, although "cute 'n sassy", are a bit risque in my opinion (but then Bratz are known for that) The Grandfather in me feels it's a little too slutty for a little girl. The man in me on the other hand, haha. Seriously, she's a cute doll and a great edition if you collect them. The Cloe I found is now sitting in the centre console of my car, keeping her "Lil' Bratz" self (another Cloe which I found laying by a curb a few years ago)company. She's also with a recently aquired Yasmin "Chic Mystique" doll I saw getting the heck beat out of by two little girls from down the street. I bought her for $5 off the girls. It's still in the stores for like $20. Parents just don't teach their kids the value of a dollar anymore. Her hair is a bit messy and her dress and wings are trashed, but I saved her. She wears her battle scars well, haha. At least she won't be tied to the front grill of my truck like Rochelle Goyle is (A Monster High doll I found at a resale shop). She's waterproof and well built so she'll be fine. Happy Holidays everyone
