The Bradbury's book of hallmarks is a brilliant guide to understanding and reading hallmarks on gold, silver and platinum jewlery. It is a fantastic aid for begginers with the changes in markings described clearly and tables to explain the marks of origin, standard and date. Using this book a compleate begginer can read an entire set of hallmarks very quickly and easily without getting confused. The book itself is also small enough to slip in your pocket so that it is close to hand when you need it.

This book makes the reading of hallmark's an easy process, after receiving many vintage items from my grandmother at christmas, I was intrigued to find out when they were made and where they came from. This book did it for me. I do not have much knowledge of hallmark's and the book made it a breeze, love it.

An excellent book for finding your way around the different hallmarks. Easy to use and pocket sized, this enables you to take it with you when visiting flea maerkets or auctions. Well worth the money.
