I have tossed mine in the bin, firstly one by one the plastic hooks went brittle and snapped after a few months of use, I guess about 5 hooks have broken just with normal tools hanging on them, finally the rail mounting plastic bracket snapped dropping all my tools onto a £1500 Range cooker. I am not at all amused! I assume that what little heat came up from the cooker has afected the plastics.
If mounting near a heatsource then I would choose another product.

After experiencing cheaper utensil rails and forever having to pick out the hooks from the hob because they always came off with the utensils I decided I would get one where the hooks were firmly attached, and this definitely ticks the box. However, with this comes the down side......the hooks are so thick and rigid the only utensils you can hang are ones wtih larger holes or......brabantial utensils!! I've had to tie string around my existing utensils in order to hang them so not a great look, otherwise the actual rail is smart and well made.

Definitely the best you can get. This is the 2nd one we've had (first one didn't break - we just moved house). It's a doddle to put up and it's also one of the few who have 12 hooks. My missus is very pleased. 5 stars without a doubt!
