I just discovered this book. It is the first book by author Tony Harbourne and it is utterly gripping! Children and adults alike will enjoy this book - its wonderful imagery, exciting storyline, a plot with twists and a surprise ending. I especially loved the fact that this story takes place in the fantasy world of insects (you'll probably think of the recent animated movies featuring insects, but this is much more enthralling than the Disney-style Bugs Life!). My 10 year old daughter enjoyed it greatly and it has really helped her with her own story writing at school (so inspiring). Very appealing, wonderful vocabulary, YOU'VE JUST GOT TO READ IT! This is no simple plot of rescue and revenge and you are left gripped up to the end, not knowing whether Bozadir will succeed or fail miserably).
