Voted 2006 Band Of The Year by readers of music bible Spin magazine the online community labelled them `the new Fall Out Boy' due to their rapidly swelling numbers of young hardcore rock fans requesting them across TV, Radio, Press and Online.
In 2006 they recorded their self titled debut album with Squire and it went on to become one of the most successful debut albums in the US in 2007. All the early indicators are that Boys Like Girls are about to mirror their US success in the UK this autumn.
