Computer games and television out... bring the real adventures in. My children have really enjoyed this book and look back at it often. It stimulates ideas for imaginative play and makes normal play time at the park or walks in the countryside much more exciting! Its great for times when getting up and moving around is not possible - like on long journeys, where each section is short and can generate great family discussion and make believe even while sitting still.
