didnt expect to enjoy the book to the degree i did. with the title my boyfriend merlin expected it to be very childish but was very surprised to find not jus girly romance but also action and adventure. brilliant book.

I loved this book and I could not put it down. I read it in one afternoon, and have already started the sequel! The characters in this book jump right out of the page for me, they are real with real light and shade in their personalities. There is good verses evil, a love triangle, and magic. All this is brought into the present day with a creative take on the whole Arthurian tale. I thought the characters might travel back in time, but I won't spoil anything by saying that they don't. All that action is present day, and the book is better for it.
